The establishment of each committee not only strengthens communication and builds mutual trust, it also allows a platform for our staff to stretch their arms and unleash their potentials to grow with the company. "Best Practices Committee": Collect and share the outstanding practices of property services in different sites. "Talent Management Committee": Listens to employees' opinions on the human resources policies and talent development strategies. "Staff Activity Committee": Propose and implement staff activities and further drive Corporate Social Responsibility on behalf of the Company.
