Yes, all overseas students who are eligible to work in Hong Kong are welcomed to apply for the program.
Yes, graduates with less than 2 years of working experience are welcomed. Nevertheless, our Property Officer Trainee Program is designed and structured for fresh graduates to start their career development at early stage.
Applicants from all disciplines are welcomed. It is not necessary for you to have relevant academic background as we are looking for young talents with potential to grow. We value cross-fertilization of ideas and perspectives from different disciplines as it is beneficial to the organization with diversified and comprehensive development.

Our senior management team will be our assessors in the assessment and you will take part in several challenging tasks, including written test, case study, group assessment and panel interview.
It will take around 8 weeks to complete the whole process from application deadline to offer announcement. Please refer to our recruitment process (timeline).
There is no limit of the in-take for our Property Officer Trainee program. It mainly depends on the calibre of candidates.
